The “Shish” series is our first crowdfunded micro-roaster series (FYI, the industry likes to call them nano-roasters). It offers a maximum output of about 10-12 cups (125 grams of beans per batch) of brewed coffee, depending on the size of your favourite cup. The nano-roaster is your only tool to become a real craft coffee roaster!
Soon, we will expand our range by offering a smaller capacity nano-roaster, so you can roast 65 grams of beans (that’s genuinely nano!) for about six cups of coffee. Perhaps this is more for the casual drop-by of neighbours or relatives who want to see how you are progressing with your roasting skills.
Other specialty coffee products currently under development include grinders, brewers, roasters, and more.
